Engineers Australia – China signs to Washington Accord

Engineers Australia have announced that China, represented by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST) became full signatory of the Washington accord on the 2nd June 2016.

Holders of Chinese accredited qualifications completed in or after 2016 will be eligible for Membership of Engineers Australia as well as Migration Skills Assessment

In 2014-15, net overseas migration (NOM) reflected an annual gain of 168,200 persons, 9.8% less than in 2013-14.
